Automatic Card Creation
When you visit a business with a loyalty program for the first time, a loyalty card is automatically created for you. No signup required - just check in or redeem an offer!
Example: Visit "Joe's Coffee Shop" for the first time → Loyalty card automatically appears in your Loyalty Cards page
Earning Stamps or Points
Each business chooses between two loyalty types:
Stamp Cards
Collect stamps with each visit. Fill the card (e.g., 10 stamps) to earn a reward.
Example: "Buy 9 coffees, get the 10th free"
Points Cards
Earn points with each purchase. Reach target points (e.g., 100) to redeem rewards.
Example: "Earn 10 points per £10 spent, 100 points = £10 off"
How to earn: Make a purchase → Business staff adds stamps/points via their "Manage Cards" dashboard → Your card updates instantly!
Tracking Your Progress
View all your loyalty cards in one place:
- Go to "Loyalty Cards" in the customer menu
- See progress bars showing stamps/points collected
- Cards automatically move to "Ready to Redeem" when complete
Redeeming Your Reward
When your card is complete:
- Visit the business in person
- Show your completed card from the Loyalty Cards page
- Staff verifies and marks it as redeemed

How to manage and issue loyalty rewards
Create Your Loyalty Program
Set up your loyalty program once:
- Go to "Loyalty Programs" in the business menu
- Click "Create Loyalty Program"
- Choose between Stamps (e.g., 10 stamps = reward) or Points (e.g., 100 points = reward)
- Set the reward description (what customers get when complete)
- Activate the program
Premium Feature: Loyalty programs are available on the Premium tier (£15/month)
Issue Cards to New Customers
When a new customer visits:
- Go to "Manage Cards" in the business menu
- Click "Issue New Loyalty Card"
- Enter customer's email address
- Card is created instantly and appears in customer's account
Tip: Cards can also be created automatically when customers check in or redeem offers at your business!
Add Stamps or Points After Purchases
After each customer purchase:
- Go to "Manage Cards"
- Search for customer by email
- Click "Add Stamp" or "Add Points"
- Customer's card updates in real-time
- When complete, card shows as "Ready to Redeem"
Stamp Cards: Click "Add Stamp" after each visit/purchase
Points Cards: Enter points amount based on purchase value
Redeem Customer Rewards
When a customer has a completed card:
- Customer shows their completed card (green "Ready to Redeem" badge)
- In "Manage Cards", find the customer's card
- Click "Redeem Reward"
- Give them their free reward
- Card automatically resets and starts counting from zero
Important: Customer keeps the same loyalty card - it just resets after each redemption. Track lifetime rewards in "Total Rewards Earned"!
Monitor Your Loyalty Program
Track your program's performance:
- View total customers enrolled
- See active cards vs. completed cards
